Founding Attorney: Jan McDonald Hanna

The firm's founding and principal attorney Jan Hanna has practiced law for 25 years. Much of her career was spent in corporate law. She founded the Hanna Law Firm, PLLC, in order to use years of legal experience and in-depth knowledge for helping individuals facing legal conflict. She has made legal services available to families and individuals — many of whom had otherwise assumed that they could not afford legal representation.

Ms. Hanna is a member of the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas. She often takes a collaborative approach to resolving family law conflict. In collaborative law, clients and their attorneys work together to create solutions to their disputes.
